Scotlands Route 66 Guide:

Caravan & Campsites

Possibly the most used type of accomodation on the Route.

Many people travel by Car or Motorhome and some with caravan in tow.

There are a huge array of Campsites.

Like many places there is something for everyone so check them out before you book.

We have listed as many as we can and like all our Maps, it is constantly updated.

  GREAT PLACES TO STAY

  The Wee Campsite

This Campsite is one we have personally stayed at whilst travelling the route and was exactly what we were looking for,

Located in Lochcarron - wester ross it actually overlooks Locharron itself and when the sun starts to go down the views are spectacular.

At the wee campsite it has everything you would need from basic but clean showers, toilet and wash up facilities

if you are planning on bringing your caravan/motorhome there is power outlets as well

with just a very short walk there are shops and restaurants near by with short walks with views to Attadale hills and beyond

With the Hosts Irma Siemons & Edwin de Jon, your certainly well looked after.
