Scotland’s Route 66 Shipping Policy

  1. Order Processing Time

All our orders are usually processed and shipped out within 1 business days.

Unless specified at checkout we ship our products via standard post which doesn’t include tracking, but proof of posting is available on request

  1. Shipping Address Changes

If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email and include your new shipping address. Once the order is shipped, we cannot alter the shipping address anymore.

  1. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and
destination of the items in the order.

We provide 3 shipping options:

Royal Mail 1st Class or Royal Mail 2nd Class or Royal Mail international Standard

The shipping methods and delivery times per region may vary

Be aware that these delivery times can become longer in case your order is placed during busier periods such as near Christmas or Bank Holidays

  1. Shipping Restrictions

We have no restrictions on shipping our products, if you pay for it then we will ship

 

  1. Packages Damaged, Lost, or Missing While in Transit

If you have a suspicion of your parcel being lost or missing while in Transit, please contact us by email. We can contact the shipping company to investigate the issue.

If your package has indeed gone missing, we will send you a new one free of charge or send you a full refund.

If your package has arrived damaged, contact us and we will provide a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

  1. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Return Due To Change of Mind

Scotland’s Route 66 will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as the request is received by us within 5 days of you receiving the item.

The item must be returned to us in the original packaging, unopened, and unused.

The return shipping costs will be paid by the customer. Once we receive the package, the refund will be processed, and you will receive the full value of the product as a refund.

6.2 Warranty Returns

Our Products do not need or come with a warranty, we try our best to ensure we only sell quality products thus said we will investigate any issue you may have but are not obligated by an warranty.
